As part of the IMCA | SACA OKUL program, we organized a 3-week training program for participants, consisting of engineering and fundamental sciences graduates.
We provided training focused on sales and marketing engineering, effective communication methods, and technical knowledge. Additionally, our team members shared their experiences in various fields, such as the fundamentals of professional life, commerce, and project processes.
The training sessions we organized were further reinforced with case studies focused on sales and marketing processes. These studies allowed our participants to put theoretical knowledge into practice and improve themselves.
As IMCA | SACA, we place great importance on such training programs to enable young talents to make a strong start in their careers, and we aim to continue our IMCA | SACA OKUL programs in the future as well.
