High Power PIN diode-based surface mount SP2T-SP6T RF switches which operate HF to Ku Band frequency ranges with power handling capabilities from +50 dBm to +62 dBm.
When the operating power is high, or the operating frequency is low, the PIN Diode requires high biasing voltages which exceeds the capabilities of commercially available MMIC Switch Drivers.
Fixed attenuators are available in 1 dB steps from 1 dB to 20 dB with a tolerance of +/-0.4 dB. They are designed using Aluminum Nitride (AlN) substrates with tanatalum nitride resist material.
